Add your logo to suitable plain cardboard with a custom-machined brass head and matched electric handle. The handle plugs into a standard 110/120V North American outlet. Send your artwork and intended mark size; we provide a digital proof before production.

Your configuration

  • Custom brass working head, rectangular for easier alignment.
  • Electric handle matched to the selected head size, with an illuminated switch.
  • Stainless steel barrel and mica heating element.
  • Seven larger head sizes, beginning with 2 × 2 and 1.5 × 2.5 inches.

Before branding your boxes

Identify the liner and any coating with your packaging supplier. Support the marking panel on a stable surface; assembled empty boxes need backing immediately behind the logo area. Test heat, contact time and placement on identical spare material. Our archive photo shows a historical electric-branding result, not a test of every model or size offered here.

Selected head size and finished logo dimensions are confirmed in your digital proof. These brass tools create a dark heat-branded mark; metallic foil requires a separate process.
