  • All sales are considered final once a design is approved
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs prior to production
  • We are not responsible for errors in approved artwork, spelling, or specifications

ORDER PROCESS & PRODUCTION

Orders for custom products enter production after:

  • Design approval (if applicable)
  • Payment confirmation

Production timelines may vary depending on complexity and order volume.

Estimated production and shipping times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide from Canada.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Uneak Creations is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping details

Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are not accepted except in cases of:
