Order Processing & Production Queue Due to the custom nature of our products, our standard production time is 10–15 business days (2–3 weeks). This allows us to properly sequence custom jobs into our production queue based on material size and machine scheduling.

Branding Irons & Stamps: Once machined, we test the item to ensure a perfect mark and send you a photo of the test result.

Memorial Plaques: We send a high-resolution photo of the finished engraving for your review.

Shipment: Once you provide final approval, your order is dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Shipping Destinations & Methods We ship to Canada and the USA via Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator. For your security, every shipment includes full tracking and insurance coverage.
Rates & Delivery Estimates

Canada: Typical flat-rate shipping is $19.95, but ranges between $14.95–$24.95 CAD depending on your region. Once produced and approved, delivery to most areas takes 2–7 business days.

USA: Rates and service options are provided at checkout. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after the approval and dispatch window.

Total Estimated Time: For custom products, please allow approximately 11–29 business days total (Production + Approval + Shipping).
North American Trade & Customs (USMCA) All custom branding irons, leather stamps, and memorial plaques produced by Uneak Creations are classified as Made in Canada and meet all criteria for Canadian origin.

Tariff Exempt: As these are identified as originating goods for preferential tariff treatment under the USMCA (CUSMA), they are exempt from import tariffs for our US customers.

Compliance: We ship with all appropriate documentation and HS Codes (e.g., 8516.80) to ensure efficient customs processing. Any applicable local state taxes or minor administrative fees remain the responsibility of the recipient.
