Shipping & delivery for U.S. orders

Standard shipping to U.S. addresses is included in the prices shown on our U.S. store. We normally use DHL Express for U.S. orders and provide tracking when an order ships.

Custom products generally take 10–15 business days to make after payment and final design approval, where approval is required. In-stock, non-custom products generally ship within 1–3 business days. We send a photo of the finished mark or engraving for review. After final approval, we normally hand the parcel to the carrier within 1–2 business days.

Transit time starts when DHL first accepts and scans the parcel—not when a shipping label is created. Delivery time varies by destination and customs processing. DHL’s tracking page provides the estimate for your shipment; delivery dates are not guaranteed.

For branding irons and leather stamps, we prepare the applicable customs and origin documents and take responsibility for any U.S. import duty assessed on those products. If DHL asks you to pay import duty on one of these items, please contact us before paying so we can resolve the charge with DHL or reimburse you.

Memorial plaques may be subject to U.S. import duties, taxes, or customs charges. These charges are the U.S. buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or standard shipping. Please contact us before ordering a memorial plaque if you need to discuss potential import charges.
