Small Custom Wood Branding Iron

Our Small Custom Wood Branding Iron is designed for compact logos, maker’s marks, initials, and smaller branding applications. It is a good choice when you want a clean, professional mark without using a full standard-size branding iron.

This option covers an approximate branding area of 1–2.5 square inches. That does not mean the brand has to be square. Common layouts in this range include 1" × 1", 1.5" × 1.5", 1" × 2", 1" × 2.5", or similar. Your logo can be square, rectangular, wide, tall, round, or irregular.

Your logo does not need to match the product photo exactly. We will fit your artwork within this size range and send a proof before production so you can confirm the layout before we machine the branding head.

How sizing works

You are choosing an approximate branding area, not a fixed shape. The final width and height will depend on the proportions of your artwork. For example, a wide logo may end up around 1" × 2", while a more square logo may be closer to 1.5" × 1.5".

Handle options

Choose the handle type that best fits how you plan to use it:

• Torch-Heated Handle — heated with a flame/torch; a good option for occasional use.

• Electric Handle — plug-in heated option; easier and more consistent for repeated branding.

Before production

After we receive your artwork, we review the design and prepare a proof before machining. This helps confirm the size, layout, and proportions before your custom branding iron is made.
