The Surgical Grade Stainless Face is secured to our Brass “Thermal Plate” using our proprietary expansion lock that becomes tighter as the brand warms. The design facilitates even heat distribution over the face for a uniform impression across the entire logo with no image fade on the edges.
The high efficiency of this design eliminates the need for an oversized, overpowered bulky handle normally seen with Stainless Steel Branding Irons.
The brand face is 13 times harder than Aluminum brands from our competition protecting the fine details on your logo.
Optical Tool Measurement
In order to use the smallest detail tooling possible for machining your product, we inspect all tools ordered at 100 microns or smaller at the tip. Any deviation with the tools is recorded and compensated for in the software to mitigate tool failure.
